Refund policy
We no longer accept returns, but are happy to accept exchanges:
- Items must be in original condition
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Exchange Instructions:
- Enter your order number found on your original packing slip and email address in the fields of our exchange portal and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved.
Exchange Terms:
- There are no charges for processing exchanges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, we will pay for shipping to send the exchange back to you.
How soon will my exchange be sent?
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and sent back to you within 3 business days.
**We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. **
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
