RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit so long as it us unworn and unwashed with original packaging in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. All exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of the dispatch date. Please note that we cannot accept any items after this 30 day period has lapsed. 

Items must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must not have any pet hair, dust, dirt or any type of stains such as makeup, food, and deodorant on them. They must be free of rips, runs, tears or damages and have no odors infused into them such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scents. If we need to clean your items we will charge a fee of $12 which will be deducted from your store credit, or invoiced to you prior to the exchange being sent out. We will contact before making any deduction or invoice.

Final sale items are final sale. No exceptions. Final sale items are clearly labeled on product description as well as the "returns" tab on each product page. 

Please note that the postage cost of returning items is the customer's responsibility and we will not refund the postage of your original order. DETH will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you. 

For any packages returned to sender due to insufficient address, customer will be charged prior to shipment being sent back out to the correct address.
